How the Pressure Check works
You should know exactly what you're using, so here is everything.
You're using AI
The Pressure Check is an AI system. Its analysis is generated by a Claude model from Anthropic, guided by Kindyra OS's own instructions and our library of twelve pressure tactics. Audio is first transcribed by a Google Gemini model. Every result is labelled as AI-generated.
What it does
- Reads the text you paste or the screenshot or PDF you upload, or transcribes the voice note or call recording you add, then names the pressure tactics it finds, quoting the exact words that show each one.
- Suggests calm counter-moves and questions to ask before you decide.
- Lists the claims that matter, and how you can check each one yourself.
- Flags common scam signals, and points to human help if a message suggests someone is at risk.
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't browse the web or verify facts yet, so it never tells you a claim is true or false.
- It doesn't give financial, legal or medical advice. For those decisions it suggests questions to take to a professional.
- It judges the text, never the person who wrote it.
- It can be wrong. Treat it as a second opinion, not a verdict.
How the score works
| Score | Verdict | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| 0–25 | Calm | No meaningful pressure found. |
| 26–55 | Some pressure | Tactics present. Slow down and check. |
| 56–80 | High pressure | Several tactics working together. Don't decide today. |
| 81–100 | Likely scam | Strong scam signals. Don't pay, click or share codes. |
How to report a scam
When the Pressure Check finds a likely scam, or high pressure from someone pretending to be a bank, company or official, the result adds a Report it box with the official places to report it where you are: the FTC, 7726 and IC3 in the US, the 1930 helpline, cybercrime.gov.in and Sanchar Saathi Chakshu in India, Report Fraud and 7726 in the UK, the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, and Scamwatch in Australia. Elsewhere it suggests your bank and local police. We pick the country from the location our host sees for your connection, and you can change it. If money or codes are involved, it tells you to contact your bank first.
It also gives you a summary to copy into the report form: the verdict, the warning signs and short quotes, never the full message. Kindyra OS never reports or shares anything for you. The full list, with what each agency handles, is in our guide How to report a scam.
No side in the deal
Kindyra OS takes no commissions, shows no ads and sells no placements. Nobody can pay to change what the Pressure Check says about them.
Keeping it free
Everyone gets one free check a day without an account. Sign in free with your email and you get five checks a day, rising to 7, 10 and then 20 a day as you help other people: when someone runs their own check from a result you shared, or joins with your invite. There are no streaks and no rewards for time spent. There is also an overall daily limit so the service stays free and sustainable.
Your data
We don't store the text, screenshots, PDFs or audio you share. We keep the generated analysis privately so you can share it if you choose; it's only visible to others if you press Share. If you're signed in with history on, your account keeps your checks with a short preview, visible only to you, and you can delete them any time. Full details are in our privacy summary.
